How long do in-person events last?

We have options ranging from 60 minutes to 3+ hours. It depends on which experience you choose. And, we can adjust to your agenda! Here is a common sample timeline:

  • 15 minutes - Introduction
  • 90 minutes - Game Play
  • 20-40 minutes - Players Return to ending venue
  • 30 minutes - Photo/Video Presentation at ending venue

What is the ending venue?

The ending presentation and awards show is a key piece of the laughter-inducing experience! The Go Game works best when we have a private/semi-private indoor space to end the game. Depending on the size of your group and location of your event, we may be able to provide the AV equipment (screen, projector, speakers, microphone) or you may need to provide if yourself. It depends on the size and location of your event.

Does this work for small groups?

Yes! Small groups, big groups, and everything in between. We have hosted events for as few as 4 people and as many as 1,000s! We find the best number to be a minimum of 6 so there can be at least two teams of 3. Ideally, teams have 5-8 players each.

How big are the teams?

We recommend 5-8 players per team.

Will The Go Game staff facilitate our event in-person?

If you purchase the event type that includes an onsite Game Producer, they will be onsite to facilitate the event and entertain your guests. Though, we also have more budget-friendly options where your Game Producer will manage your event remotely while your guests play together in-person.

What if I have some guests in-person and others remote?

No problem! We have a variety of hybrid event options for this exact purpose. Talk with a sales rep to determine which option is best for you - it depends on your ratio of in-person vs remote guests.

Where do you host events?

Do you live on Earth? If so, you're in luck! We host events globally.
