The Go Game, a pioneer in creating innovative, technology-fueled team-building games and events worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Game Host for our Scavenger Hunt and Game Show events. As a small, remote-first business, we thrive on delivering unique and unforgettable experiences for our clients. The Game Host role is a blend of independent, self-managed work, and collaborative efforts across departments to produce phenomenal team-building games. Game Hosts must be organized, resourceful, funny, and comfortable in front of a crowd.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute memorable in-person and remote team-building games and events.
- Engage with clients, actors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct onsite and remote workshops and activities, demonstrating excellent public speaking and creative writing skills.
- Lead groups through experience design, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Solve problems efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resourcefulness and quick learning.
- Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism throughout all phases of work.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and across departments.
- Utilize tech-savvy skills, including proficiency with computers, social media, and A/V equipment.
- Travel locally and regionally as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent public speaking and creative writing abilities; natural facilitator.
- Keen interest in experience design, capable of leading groups in workshops and activities.
- Self-directed, quick learner with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
- Highly organized and professional, meticulous in detail management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Tech-savvy, proficient with computers, social media, and A/V equipment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends (event-based schedule).
- Ability to plan and execute up to 3 in-person game events per week.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Ability to write new game content as needed.
- Ability to self-manage a mix of in-person and remote work.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
