The Navan People Development Team brings together new hires from the US and EMEA in person to learn more about the company, its culture, to hear from executives, and play The Go Game. New hires get creative during the Classic Adventure scavenger hunt, take funny pictures, and play head-to-heads, all focused around getting to know more about Navan while exploring their new office space. 

The Go Game elevates the experience for new hires by offering a fun, low stress activity that helps new team members bond over a shared experience and has become an integral part of our onboarding experience.
